| List serves are a phenomenon born of the internet. List serves consist of groups of people who are linked together via e mail in regards to issues. A typical list serve has about 150 subscribers. When you subscribe to a list, and you send e mail to the list - it is received by all 150 subscribers to that list. When others send mail you will receive it along with all other subscribers.
